Kato's having a great day! I made him some fresh, organic almond butter and he got a beautiful handmade quilt from his forum pals, Darlene, Harleybird and last, but certainly not least, Truman! He's been sleeping on it since I put it down.

He should be starting his raw diet in a few days. I'm just waiting for the meat grinder to be delivered. I also got him his homeopathic remedies and herbs for his immune system.
Things are going well! :)

Dear Dee,

I just love every single photo of Kato! We are so happy that he likes his quilt. If I could give him the moon and stars, I would.

Fondly,
Joyce

Awww, thanks, Joyce! It's so funny how taken he is with the quilt. He must feel the love from you. :)

I'm so grateful to have you in our lives.

He's looking pretty content with his new blankey! How wonderful to have such great friends send him a present like this. :)

Can you spare a moment to post the recipe for the Almond Butter too Dee? As you know, I have a friend dealing with similar issues with her cat we lovingly refer to as Chemo Cat! I'm wondering if Rhoda would like the butter too.

Sending puppy prayers for you and Kato.

Hi Tods,

He does loves this quilt, lol. Joyce & her crew are the best!

I'll post the "recipe" for the almond butter on the blog. I'm using it to pill Kato instead of peanut butter, which has sugar. I'm also adding 6 almonds (powdered) per day to his food, along with a blend of herbs, Kelp & cod liver oil.

Rhoda, aka, Chemo Cat is always in my thoughts. I'm hoping for remission for her & Kate.

Talk to you soon!

Hugs,
Dee & Kato
