Kato had a fantastic week! He had no side effects at all from his chemo. He'll be going for treatment on Monday and I expect nothing but good news! :)

Ooooh, that picture just makes me want to rush up and hug Kato! Cutie pie! I am so glad his week went well. I will be thinking of you and Kato on Monday which happens to be Canadian Thanksgiving and will be giving thanks for the fact that Kato has been doing very well with his treatment. :)
My name is Dee, and Kato is my Pit Bull.
I lost my dog, Ivan, to cancer in Oct of 2001. I had read about the plight of Pit Bulls and thought of fostering one, but was still grieving over the loss of Ivan. My sister went to the SPCA, just to look at the Pit Bulls, since she wasn't familiar with the breed. There were many - too many.
Kato had been brought in as a cruelty and abandonment case and was deteriorating badly in the shelter. They asked her to consider taking him because he was so anxiety-ridden he had hung himself in an attempt to escape his kennel.
That’s where my sister first saw him, a shivering, cowering, panicked dog. She brought him to me that day and we've been together ever since. He's my heart dog.

Aww, thanks, T-3!!!
Happy Thanksgiving to you & The FE!
Love,
Dee & Kate
Kato is just amazing us, every step of the way. He looks so healthy, too! Must be all that good food, vitamins and extra loving he is getting.
He amazes me too, Joyce! :)
Thanks for stopping by!
